CEREMONIES & SPIRITUAL COACHING We live in challenging times! Developing and maintaining a spiritual perspective helps us to cope with and respond better to whatever is going on around us and inside of us. I can share my own lived experience with you as well as teachings I have learned from our tradition and other wisdom traditions to help you navigate life’s twists and turns. One of my master's degrees is in Pastoral Counseling from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. My spiritual guidance is forward-looking, creative and personal. LIFE CYCLE CEREMONIES. I design and lead rituals for individuals, couples, their families and the communities of support who gather with them to celebrate or commemorate. Whether the occasion is joyous or sorrowful I will work in collaboration with you to create a ceremony that meets your needs and that can be held in a setting of your choice. The long history of our people has included special prayers and blessings for nearly every human occasion. Whatever affects you deeply will probably resemble something that has come to pass before. Weddings, baby namings, and funerals come first to mind, but there can be blessings and ceremonies for celebrating an anniversary, getting a driver’s license, finishing a book, as well as menopause, retirement, and recovery from illness and addictions. Everyone who is a part of your intimacy constellation, family or chosen family is welcome to be a part of the ceremony, celebration or commemoration. AFFINITY GROUPS & CLASSES I am available to meet with your group to lead a discussion, teach a class or create a Saturday night Havdallah program (the end of the Sabbath). Havdallah is a great time to gather together to “do Jewish” together, learn a little, schmooze and eat.
